Return Policy

At Infinite Pack, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below to understand the process for returning items.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that some products may be exempt from this policy due to their nature or specific conditions. These exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team at ecommerce@infinitepack.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.
2. Package the item securely, including the original packing slip and a note with the RA number, your name, and the reason for the return.
3. Ship the item to the return address provided by our customer support team. Please remember to write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer support team at ecommerce@infinitepack.com, and we will guide you through the exchange process.
